harold (above) and maude (below) are companion pieces raised from fine silver. this pair of vessels continues my exploration with surface texture. an old ball pien hammer was given to me by a friend and it produced the most intriguing pattern. maude is larger than the cup size vessels i have made. the simple but classic vessel form focuses the attention on the surface. return to works
